Hi, I’m Kit.

I am a clinical nutritionist and the founder of Common Ground Nutrition. As a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate, my approach goes beyond meal plans and food trends—I believe that nutrition should be accessible, realistic, and deeply personal.

I know what it feels like to deal with complex hormonal diagnosis that don’t seem to have an end in site. After years of working on my health through nutrition (and a master’s degree later) I finally get to share these life changing tools with you.
