The Foundations Call is a 70-minute 1:1 intake session where we lay the groundwork for our time together. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, hormonal changes, gut imbalances, skin issues, or simply feeling out of sync with your body—this session is our starting point.
We’ll dive into your health history, daily habits, symptoms, current lab work, and goals to get a full picture of where you’re at and what your body needs.
I will then use this information to create a plan for our time together and provide initial recommendations.
*Initial intakes are required before single counseling sessions for all new clients.
-
In each 50-minute session, we’ll focus on your top priorities, answer your questions, and create clear, actionable steps you can start implementing right away. It’s personalized, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. From there, I will provide recommendations and adjust your support plan as needed for future visits.
Great for: past clients needing a check-in, curious first-timers, or anyone craving guidance without a long-term commitment.
*Foundations Call Intakes are required before single counseling sessions for all new clients.
Still unsure? Let’s chat! Book a free 20-minute call to find the best fit for you!

This focused 60 minute session is built around a personalized review of lab results that you present or have recommended during your time at CGN*
After spending 2+ hours analyzing your labs behind the scenes, I’ll walk you through key findings in plain language and connect them directly to how you're feeling. Together, we’ll explore the root causes, answer your questions, and co-create targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies that reflect your unique needs. You'll leave with a clear, actionable plan designed to support your next steps—whether that's ongoing care or a standalone reset.
Great for: returning clients seeking a deeper look at labs, first-timers curious about root-cause nutrition, or anyone wanting expert insights without committing to a long-term package.
Please note: A Foundations Call Intake is required for all new clients before booking a Lab Review Session.
*cost of labs is not included in the session price.

At this time, I am unfortunately not able to accept insurance of any kind.
I understand that this is a limiting factor for many folks. Payment plans are offered for 4 month 1-1 nutrition counseling package and group coaching. Please email me for any questions.

Choosing between group nutrition coaching and nutrition counseling depends on your goals and needs.
Group coaching is best for those seeking guidance, accountability, and habit-building to improve their diet, energy, or overall well-being. It’s ideal for lifestyle support, education, and motivation without seeking deep personalized clinical support.
Counseling, on the other hand, is more clinical and therapeutic, suited for individuals experiencing diagnosed hormonal imbalances, gut health concerns, or other complex health issues that require personalized interventions, lab reviews, and targeted nutrition support. If you're unsure, a discovery session can help determine which service fits best for you!

At Common Ground Nutrition, 1:1 counseling includes in-depth, personalized support tailored to your unique health needs, diagnosis, and goals. This level of care involves more time, energy, and resources—including direct face-to-face sessions, custom protocols, and ongoing communication—which is why it’s priced higher.
That said, we deeply believe that everyone deserves access to quality nutrition support. To offer more accessible options, we also provide group coaching and workshops (both ones hosted by CGN and available for private booking).
