This workshop introduces participants to the essential role nutrition plays in supporting hormone balance at every stage of a person’s menstrual cycle, including menopause.
We’ll break down how everyday symptoms—like fatigue, mood swings, acne or irregular periods—can be connected to imbalances in blood sugar, stress hormones, and reproductive hormones like estrogen and progesterone.
Through a whole-body, food-first approach, you’ll learn how to build balanced meals that stabilize energy, support metabolism, and reduce common hormonal symptoms—without restriction or confusion. We’ll also explore key nutrients, digestion and detox pathways, and practical lifestyle shifts that make a big impact over time.
