  • At this time, I am unfortunately not able to accept insurance of any kind.

I understand that this is a limiting factor for many folks. Payment plans are offered for 4 month 1-1 nutrition counseling package and group coaching. Please email me for any questions.

  • Choosing between group nutrition coaching and nutrition counseling depends on your goals and needs.

Group coaching is best for those seeking guidance, accountability, and habit-building to improve their diet, energy, or overall well-being. It’s ideal for lifestyle support, education, and motivation without seeking deep personalized clinical support.

Counseling, on the other hand, is more clinical and therapeutic, suited for individuals experiencing diagnosed hormonal imbalances, gut health concerns, or other complex health issues that require personalized interventions, lab reviews, and targeted nutrition support. If you're unsure, a discovery session can help determine which service fits best for you!

This work centers care for individuals with menstrual cycles, including those experiencing perimenopause, menopause, transitioning off birth control, or managing hormone-related symptoms related to HRT.

Some workshops are catered towards folks with current menstrual cycles only and some are structure to benefit all experiences.

  • At Common Ground Nutrition, 1:1 counseling includes in-depth, personalized support tailored to your unique health needs, diagnosis, and goals. This level of care involves more time, energy, and resources—including direct face-to-face sessions, custom protocols, and ongoing communication—which is why it’s priced higher.

That said, we deeply believe that everyone deserves access to quality nutrition support. To offer more accessible options, we also provide group coaching and workshops (both ones hosted by CGN and available for private booking). These formats are a more affordable way to engage with foundational nutrition guidance in a supportive online or in-person community.

Our goal is to meet you where you are—financially, physically, and emotionally—and to offer meaningful care at every level.

  • Common Ground Nutrition does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or chronic health conditions.
